Community Supported Agriculture, or CSA, has been popular for decades with produce and meat farmers. This upfront payment helps farmers to buy the seed and other needs for the season and provides the farmer an immediate income to keep the basic farming expenses covered. CSAs, also known as Subscriptions, allow for the community to support local agriculture while receiving a portion of the harvest in return. CSAs foster a direct connection between consumers and farmers. Shareholders have the opportunity to visit the farm, meet the farmers, and learn about where their crop comes from. This direct relationship promotes transparency and accountability in the farm system. 💝

Overall, Community Supported Agriculture fosters a sense of community, supports local farmers, and promotes sustainable food systems. It's a way for consumers to actively participate in and support their local agricultural economy while enjoying fresh, seasonal produce.
