  • Gently cleanses the mouth and helps remove impurities.

    Promotes long-lasting fresh breath.

  • Upon waking, before brushing or drinking, swish 1-2 teaspoons of oil in your mouth for 10-20 minutes. As you swish, the oil will thin and turn a milky white color. When finished, spit the oil into a trash can (do not swallow or spit into the sink, as it may clog pipes). Rinse your mouth with warm water and follow with your regular brushing routine.

  • A clean, bright, and refreshing mint flavor with a subtle hint of spicy clove and resinous frankincense. The oil has a smooth, pleasant texture that is not overly thick, making the swishing experience comfortable.

  • Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride (MCT Coconut Oil), Sesamum Indicum (Sesame) Seed Oil, Helianthus Annuus (Sunflower) Seed Oil, Cocos Nucifera (Coconut) Oil, Mentha Piperita (Peppermint) Oil, Origanum Vulgare (Oregano) Oil, Boswellia Carterii (Frankincense) Oil, Eugenia Caryophyllus (Clove) Bud Oil.

  • The ideal time to practice oil pulling is first thing in the morning, before brushing your teeth or drinking any water. Incorporate it into your daily ritual to support long-term oral health and a radiant smile. For beginners, start with 3-5 minutes of swishing and gradually work your way up to the full 15-20 minutes as your jaw muscles adapt. 

  • The Oil Base (MCT, Coconut, Sesame & Sunflower): This blend forms the heart of our formula, honoring the ancient practice of oil pulling. In the Ayurvedic tradition of India, Sesame Oil was the original oil used for this cleansing ritual, valued for its warming properties and rich antioxidant profile. We've combined it with 

    Coconut Oil, which is rich in lauric acid, a beneficial fatty acid traditionally used for its cleansing properties. 

    Sunflower Oil is included for its high Vitamin E content, and liquid MCT Oil ensures a smooth, fluid consistency at any temperature. 

    Clove: A cornerstone of traditional dentistry worldwide, Clove is renowned for its comforting properties. Its primary active compound, eugenol, is a powerful aromatic that is traditionally used to support a healthy microbial balance in the mouth and promote fresh breath. 

    Frankincense (Boswellia): This sacred resin has been used for millennia in Ayurvedic and Middle Eastern traditions. As a powerful aromatic, it was traditionally used to soothe both the body and spirit and is highly valued for its ability to support a healthy inflammation response in the gums. 

    Oregano: A potent aromatic from the Mediterranean, Oregano has been used since ancient times. In traditional herbalism, it is highly regarded for its powerful purifying properties, making it a valuable addition to a deep-cleansing oral formula.
