  • Add the entire pouch of herbs to a saucepan with 4 cups of water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer gently for 30-45 minutes, until the liquid has reduced by about half. Strain the liquid through a fine-mesh sieve into a clean jar. Once the liquid has cooled to be warm (not hot), stir in 1 cup of raw honey until dissolved. Label your jar and store in the refrigerator.

    Dosage: Adults take 1 tablespoon daily for general immune support. Children (over age 1) take 1 teaspoon daily. May be taken more frequently if extra support is needed.
